She has successfully represented a wide range of buyers – from first-home purchasers and growing families to seasoned investors – each with unique goals and circumstances.

Kimberley began her property journey in 2011, leveraging her combined love for property and learning to build a successful investment portfolio. Raised in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and now based in the Inner West, she brings local knowledge and a deep understanding of market dynamics to every transaction.
Kimberley was honoured as a finalist for the Qualified Property Investment Advisor (Borderless) category at the 2025 PIPA Awards, recognising her nationwide impact in the investor space and her commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes and industry-leading service.
She is the creator and host of the podcast and YouTube channel “The Property Buyble”, where she shares expert insights and practical strategies for buyers. Kimberley also delivers ongoing education through programs like “I Want to Buy a Home… Now What?”, designed to empower buyers with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the property market successfully.
Her years of experience in construction compliance (working within the commercial/industrial building and development industries) combined with hands-on exposure renovating her own investment properties, provides the ideal foundation to serve a diverse client base—from builders and developers to first-home buyers, retirees, and seasoned investors.
